The Frenzyheart Tribe can only be found in the Sholazar Basin. These wolf-like NPC’s, Wolvar, aka Puppymen, fight an ongoing war with The Oracles, which is also a faction and can be found in the Sholazar Basin as well.
Increasing your reputation with The Oracles will decrease your reputation with the Frenzyheart Tribe, so avoid that. Once you gain exalted reputation with the Frenzyheart Tribe however, you can choose to get exalted with The Oracles too.
There is one quest that needs to be completed before you can gain reputation with the Frenzyheart Tribe. The quest is called The Part-time Hunter and you receive this quest from Tamara Wobblesprocket (50.5, 62.1). You must kill Pitch (50, 77) and this will be your first encounter with the Frenzyheart Tribe. It is Gekgek that will give you a quest called Playing Along (700 rep). From there on you will be able to do a chain quest and other quests that will boost your reputation with the Frenzyheart Tribe. You can see the quests that give Frenzyheart Tribe reputation below:

- The Ape Hunter’s Slave (700 rep)
- The Mist Isn’t Listening (700 rep)
- The Sapphire Queen (1000 rep)
- The Underground Menace (1000 rep)
- The Wasp Hunter’s Apprentice (700 rep)
- Tormenting the Softknuckles (1000 rep)
Next to these quests, there are also several daily quests that can be completed to gain additional reputation.
- Chicken Party! (250 rep)
- Kartak’s Rampage (350 rep)
- Secret Strength of the Frenzyheart (350 rep)
- Tools of War (350 rep)
- A Hero’s Headgear (500 rep)
- Rejek: First Blood (500 rep)
- Strength of the Tempest (250 rep)
- The Heartblood’s Strength (500 rep)
Once you get Revered with the Frenzyheart Tribe, there is a mysterious item, the Disgusting Jar. After 7 days this item will turn into a Ripe Disgusting Jar, which when opened, might give you some nice healing & mana potions or, more important, Frenzyheart Brew! This item has a 30 min cooldown, endless charges and turns you into a Wolvar for 5 minutes!
If you would like to get the exalted status you can do 8 daily quests per day and gain about 3000 rep per day. This means that you’re only 1 week away from that exalted trinket and another achievement.
Getting reputation with the Frenzyheart Tribe is fun and rewarding. It doesn’t necessarily have to take you a lot of time if you make sure you complete the chain quest and then do those dailies. Once you are Exalted with these guys you could choose to become Exalted with The Oracles.
There is an achievement that requires you to become exalted with both the Frenzyheart Tribe and The Oracles. I would advise that, if you plan to raise your reputation to Exalted with both factions, you end with the one that is most dearest to you, and probably, which trinket you would really like to be able to use since you can’t equip them if you don’t have the Exalted status with the factions.
